The service
NEON ENGINE provides a game (NEON WAVE RUNNER) and a personal assistant app (iRIS Voice). The service is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued.
Early access
iRIS Voice is in early access — a late-stage beta. She works, and she still has bugs. Features may break, change, or go quiet while she is being finished. By using iRIS Voice, you accept that she is a work in progress.
Accounts
You may sign in with Google or use the apps in device-only mode. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes may be suspended.
Your content
Chats, photos, and other material you create or submit remain yours. You grant the service only the use needed to operate the features you invoke — storing your content, processing it, and showing it back to you.
Premium
iRIS Voice Premium is an optional monthly subscription (CA$8/month) processed by Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Guest passes provide temporary Premium access at no charge and never convert to a paid subscription.
Intellectual property
The apps, their artwork, and their code are the property of NEON ENGINE. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use them, nothing more.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEON ENGINE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
